A. Go to “XXXX Establishment & Personnel Section” Responsibility
B. Click on “Open employee service record”
C. Click on New for new employee creation
D. Please make sure you have changed “effective date”
Click on download manual
After correction of employee name through “XXXX Establishment & Personnel Section” Responsibility. You have to send a mail to ICAR ERP help for correction of employee vendor name.
A. Go to “XXXX Establishment & Personnel Section” Responsibility. Click on “Open employee service record” search the employee by name or by user id -> Click on Service Detail. Click on Payroll related -> select Pay method -> change the effective date to last day in institute -> end date the pay method
B. Now go ICAR Transfer responsibility to transfer from one institute to another. Change the effective date to DOJ of employee in current institute
C. Go to Service Detail and update organization name, payroll, location and other relevant information and then save it
A. Go to “XXXX Establishment & Personnel Section” Responsibility
B. Click on “Open employee service record” search the employee by name or by user id
C. Click on

D. Change Pay band + grade pay field and then save

A. Go to “XXXX Establishment & Personnel Section” Responsibility
B. Search employee by name or by user id
C. Click on Service Detail. Click on supervisor
D. Change the supervisor information as per requirement
E. Save
Method 1 : You can update your address from “XXXX employee self service” responsibility which will go to supervisor for approval.
Method 2 : Either your admin section can change address from “XXXX establishment and personal section” responsibility.
Search employee and click on address details button.
A. Go to “XXXX Establishment & Personnel Section” Responsibility
B. Search employee by name or by user id
C. Click on
Service Detail
D. Click on “Payroll Related”
E. Click on “Pay Method”
F. click “Ok”
G. Click on name – select XXXX bank transfer
H. Priority – 1, percentage – 100
I. Bank details - enter relevant info
